Business Development Executive

Responsibilities: 

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Provide customer service and resolve customer queries
  • Communicate with prospect to promote Digital Services (SEO, NexODN Machine Learning Platforms)
  • Possesses Digital Marketing, Advertising or any Sales background knowledge.
  • Proactively market the company to prospects and convey the advantages of our solutions.
  • Understand client’s business requirement and provide professional service on Digital Marketing standard & strategy.
  • Ensure customer’s satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns or needs.
  • Love finding ways to connect with people and talk with them about their advertising and marketing efforts.
  • Exhibit exceptional strategic sales, marketing and persuasion skills.
  • Monitor sales conversion rates and optimise the sales process to respond to any objections.
  • Develop new sales opportunities and retain the existing client.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure progress is delivered within the timeline.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
  • The candidate is required to have an outgoing personality and able to work in a team.
  • Required languages: English & Malay
  • Preferred languages : Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien
  • Ability to work & maintain a high level of productivity to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute within a sales process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make quality, formal presentations.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
