Business Development Executive
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Provide customer service and resolve customer queries
- Communicate with prospect to promote Digital Services (SEO, NexODN Machine Learning Platforms)
- Possesses Digital Marketing, Advertising or any Sales background knowledge.
- Proactively market the company to prospects and convey the advantages of our solutions.
- Understand client’s business requirement and provide professional service on Digital Marketing standard & strategy.
- Ensure customer’s satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns or needs.
- Love finding ways to connect with people and talk with them about their advertising and marketing efforts.
- Exhibit exceptional strategic sales, marketing and persuasion skills.
- Monitor sales conversion rates and optimise the sales process to respond to any objections.
- Develop new sales opportunities and retain the existing client.
- Coordinate projects and ensure progress is delivered within the timeline.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
- The candidate is required to have an outgoing personality and able to work in a team.
- Required languages: English & Malay
- Preferred languages : Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien
- Ability to work & maintain a high level of productivity to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals.
- Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute within a sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make quality, formal presentations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
