Client Servicing Executive / Assistant Client Servicing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of internet technologies or a background in using digital products is desirable.
  • You don’t need to be micromanaged
  • You will be involved in the renewal of their services contract for annual renewal
  • You will be involved with upselling digital services to our EXISTING CLIENTS
  • Support client servicing manager by handling the responsibilities handed and attend correspondents that comes to the department
  • Updating and keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and communicating courteously by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
  • Brief and convince clients to purchase a higher-end product, an upgrade, or an additional item in order to make more upsell rewarding sale
  • Take a long-term view about utilizing upsell to deepen client’s relationship
  • Collaborate with other marketing, editorial and product management teams to effectively deliver upsell promotions via a variety of channels, including email, notifications, in-app and off-channel.
  • You need to ensure all web and digital projects material are being collected and requirement gathering set your own deadlines, and do exceptional work without close oversight.
  • Provide training to new and existing customers of their website functionalities and of how to do the necessary update to their website
  • Handling inbound leads by creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive client acquisition
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound leads activity turns into clients
  • Analysing customer website and advice clients what is needed to make it works
  • Independently identify, propose, and initiate projects that make our company better, our customers happier, and our jobs easier.
  • Create joy and happiness for everyone involved, including team members, vendors, and customers.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree / Professional Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in client servicing or any sales experience field (preferably in Digital Marketing)
  • Three (3) full-time position available
  • Passionate about Digital Marketing
  • Love to go out meeting with clients, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • This is the major route into a career within Nexus and can lead to roles within Product Management, Account Management, Business Development or Creative Services
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity to meet or exceed aggressive sales goal
  • Ability to identify and schedule meeting with decision makers or group
  • Must possess own transport and familiar with Klang Valley area
