Digital Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:-

  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship development while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Develop relationships at multiple levels.
  • Proactively market the company to prospects and customers and convey the advantages of our solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns or needs.
  • Love finding ways to connect with business people talk with them about their advertising and marketing efforts.
  • Enjoy prospecting for new clients.
  • Enjoy the pressure (and rewards) of closing team sales monthly/quarterly.
  • Exhibit exceptional strategic sales, marketing and persuasion skills.
  • Manage, coach, mentor, train, and develop a fast-paced, transaction-oriented digital sales staff of 3 – 5 team members.
  • Managing a quota, setting goals and working with management and marketing to strategize on new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales conversion rates and optimise the sales process to respond to any objections.

Requirements:-

  • Ability to work maintain a high level of productivity to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute within a sales process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make quality, formal presentations.
  • Capacity and willingness to embrace change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn a lot quickly.
  • You must possess your own transport and familiar with Klang Valey.
  • 3 years and above experience in B2B sales leadership/ management
  • Have an established sales record with appropriate customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and maintain self-assurance through difficult business situations.
