Job description

Determine content organization, identifying formats to best communicate types of information, identifying ways to increase brand and subject matter awareness. Conduct content audits and analyze user engagement metrics to develop informed recommendations regarding content organization, consolidation, and removal. Provide editorial support where need for subject matter experts to consolidate and optimize content. Perform content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with content strategy support for large-scale website
  • Experience with developing clear and engaging content that is consistent with organizations brand image and addresses business goals and user needs
  • Experience with developing and recommending strategies for publishing and maintaining information across multiple communication channels
  • Ability to provide editorial support where need for subject matter experts to consolidate and optimize content
